Shipping Policies

Merchandise is shipped UPS ground or common carrier (for items over 8 ft.) Orders are shipped prepaid freight. All items, in stock, are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If not in stock we will notify you of the expected delivery time. Out of stock items are placed on backorder. Allow two to three weeks additional shipping time for custom made ladders.

Shortage

All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Damaged Shipments

UPS Shipments: You must note damage on the drivers log, and call UPS for an inspection report. (Keep original packaging and contents for inspection) 1-800-Pick UPS

You must have specific damage noted on all copies of the freight bill.

Returned Goods

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR YOUR RMA NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING GOODS YOU ARE RETURNING.

Obsolete, discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned.

Hardware that has been installed cannot be returned.

Special order products (i.e. ladders made to custom height or custom wood) are not returnable, unless goods are determined to be defective and under manufacturer’s warranty.

A 20% Restocking Fee will apply.

Allow 3 weeks to process and issue any credit.
