SHIPPING POLICIES

Merchandise is shipped FedEx, UPS ground or common carrier (for items over 8 ft.) Orders are shipped prepaid freight. All items, in stock, are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If not in stock we will notify you of the expected delivery time. Out of stock items are placed on backorder. Allow four to six weeks additional shipping time for custom made ladders.

SHORTAGES

All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please notify us at 866-341-3101 of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photos of the damage.

RETURNED GOODS

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR YOUR RMA NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING GOODS YOU ARE RETURNING.

Obsolete, discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned.

Hardware that has been installed cannot be returned.

Special order products (i.e. ladders made to custom height or custom wood) are not returnable, unless goods are determined to be defective and under manufacturer’s warranty.

A 20% Restocking Fee may apply.

Allow 3 weeks to process and issue any credit.
